Update [11/8/2019]: The title of this piece has been updated. The original report wasn’t clear, and we and other outlets conflated two separate sections. There will be over 24 playable games at X019, as well as “world premiere hands-on gameplay”, so we’ve altered the title to be more accurate.
Original story follows:
Microsoft has their answer to conferences and directs coming up with the X019 event in London. In the past, the conference hasn’t been a hugely noteworthy one. This year, however, it seems Microsoft wants to change that as they’ve been making some big promises, including some surprising reveals. It also seems they really want to bring the games, too, as the event with feature a lot of new gameplay.
Announced via a press release, Microsoft says we can expect to see world premiere hands-on gameplay of over 24 titles. There’s no specifics given there, but that’s still quite a lot of material to possibly be drawing from.
The X019 event will begin one week from now on November 14th. With Microsoft now fully on board with both their Xbox brand and PC gaming, there’s a lot we could potentially be seeing. Stay tuned, and we’ll keep you updated as the event goes on.
