DICE’s Spring patch for Battlefield 4 is now live for previous and current gen platforms. It adds some new weapons, the usual round of bug fixes and balance changes, and a new team deathmatch mode.
The new weapons in question include an Assault Rifle; a bullpup Carbine with vertical grip; a sidearm with magnum rounds that acts a long-range weapon; an LMG that functions as a cross between an assault rifle and heavy machine gun; and a PDW with a silencer. There’s also the new Gun Master mode which grants a player new weapons with each two consecutive kills. A winner is crowned when a kill is scored with the final weapon.
