Battlefield Hardline Upcoming Patch to Introduce Balance Changes for Guns

The K10 and battle rifles will reportedly be receiving buffs.

Battlefield: Hardline, as is the case with many multiplayer FPS games, will look to balance its weapons in an upcoming patch.

As lead multiplayer designer Thaddeus Sasser revealed, the team is considering nerf the bullet damage of the K10 to 33, reduce recoil on the Saiga and PTR to make them similar to cop faction DMRs, reduce recoil on the HCAR and HK51 to put them in line with the SCAR-H and SA-58 and increase damage per pellet on the .410 Jury.

The FMG-9 and M/45 will also look to receive increased damage per round and the battle rifle’s minimum damages has been increased to 25 across the board. The AKM’s minimum damage will also be reduced to 24.

So far these are the proposed changes and more details are apparently set to be revealed in the coming days. Stay tuned for more information on the patch and let us know your thoughts on the current state of Battlefield: Hardline’s multiplayer.
