Battlefield: Hardline is currently in its second beta, open to all platforms, and Visceral Games is happy for the feedback it’s received from fans. In particular, EA’s Game Changers program which provides feedback from YouTube streamers, community members, fans and much more.
As senior producer Scott Probst told GameSpot, “At the end of the day, it’s an accurate representation of our fan-base.
“They’ve been key to our success. They gave us very, very clear feedback on what they really like, what they really didn’t like, what they’d like to see changed. And they’ve been working with the team even outside of their individual visits to the studio. They’ve gotten on email and fired away tons of thoughts.”
Probst also feels that the program is good for feedback on maps and modes not in the beta. “We’ve tuned a lot of specific game modes according to their feedback to make sure these things are going to serve the Battlefield community the way we want them to.”
