We’re going to have to wait a while before we get our hands on Cyberpunk 2077 (finally), but now that there’s still some months to go before the game launches, one would assume that CD Projekt RED will take this chance to show us more of the game than they have done up until now. And it seems that will happen sooner than expected.
Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be one of the main attractions at the Taipei Game Show, which kicks off in Taiwan on February 6, but what’s really interesting is that it will be premiering “previously undisclosed content” (via VG247)- but only for select audiences (which is pretty much in line with how CDPR have shown off the game till now). There’s no details on what sort of content will be shown off, how much of it there will be, and how widely it’ll be distributed, but we can look forward to at least some new details on the game next week- stay tuned for those.
Cyberpunk 2077 was recently delayed by five months, and is now due out for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia on September 17. Contrary to recent reports, it doesn’t look like poor optimization on base current-gen consoles had anything to do with that delay.
Meanwhile, it was also recently announced that Polish port specialists QLOC are providing CDPR with support for development and quality assurance- read more on that through here.
