Guardian Games is back in Bungie’s Destiny 2 and players compete once more to earn medallions for the sake of class supremacy. It’s had its share of issues though, especially concerning the drop-rate for the new Legendary SMG, The Title. In a recent tweet, Bungie confirmed that the weapon should now randomly drop with medallion turn-ins – the higher-tier the medallion, the better the drop chance.
Also, for those grinding out Deepsight Weapons and Levels, the Guardians Games playlists will now count towards progress. The playlists consist of Training and Competitive modes for Strikes where players can earn Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum scores. On top of different rewards like upgrade materials and medallions, the latter provides different buffs for the playlists (which also apply for Vanguard Ops).
