Destiny 2 Will Remove Pantheon and Hall of Champions Before The Final Shape’s Launch

However, the Superblack shader will return, and Bungie is working on a "new attunement experience" for Onslaught's Brave weapons.

While Destiny 2’s free Into the Light update has received positive feedback from fans, there have been concerns over how long the content will remain. Onslaught will shift to the Vanguard Ops playlist once The Final Shape launches, but what about everything else?

In a new “This Week in Destiny” post, Bungie outlined the content leaving once the expansion drops. Among these is Pantheon, a raid boss gauntlet available from April 30th to June 3rd. Its emblems, Seal and title are also on their way out, so get them while you can. The BRAVE arsenal can still drop from Onslaught, but not its limited-edition variants.

Similarly, the Hall of Champions and its quests, weapon attunement and chests will be gone. The Superblack shader returns later, and Bungie is also working on a new attunement experience for the BRAVE weapons sometime after Episode 1: Echoes goes live.

Destiny 2: The Final Shape drops on June 4th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC, with its raid launching on June 7th.
