Destiny 2 x Mass Effect Collaboration Goes Live on February 13th

Players can purchase armor sets inspired by Commander Shepard, Garrus Vakarian and Liara T'soni and claim a free ship, Ghost Shell and Sparrow.

After collaborating with The Witcher and PlayStation’s first-party hits, Destiny 2 will cross over with BioWare’s Mass Effect next. It goes live on February 13th, with armor sets based on Commander Shepard, Garrus Vakarian, and Liara T’Soni.

While those will cost Silver (aka, real money) like the other collaboration armor, all players can claim the Enhanced Defense Ghost Shell, Alliance Scout Frigate Ship and Alliance Drop Ship Sparrow for free. They’re part of the Alliance Requisition Bundle and go live on the same day. Bungie hasn’t confirmed if there’s a final day to claim them.

Destiny 2 is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. It’s gearing up for The Final Shape on June 4th, ending the Light and Darkness Saga, though new Episodes will continue the story post-launch. As for Mass Effect, the next title is still in pre-production, and despite receiving new teaser last November, it reportedly won’t be released until 2028 or 2029.
