Even with complaints about the overall tediousness of the encounter, the respawn system, how rewards are dispersed and what have you, Destiny 2’s Leviathan raid has been cleared by a team of only four players. Keep in mind that the raid is meant to be done by six players.
The same team which actually netted the world first completion, The Legend Himself, were responsible for the four man completion as well. Granted, while this may make your average raid team look poor by comparison, The Legend Himself has been known for soloing or even two-manning raids like Vault of Glass, King’s Fall and Wrath of the Machine from Destiny 1. To say that they’re more capable than your average pick-up group from LFG would be a massive understatement.
As it stands, Bungie has other issues to address with the raid like keys disappearing for those who completed the raid whenever they make new character. A new update will be going out today for Destiny 2 but it’s unsure whether this particular bug will be addressed or not.
