After its announcement in 2021, Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake disappeared off the face of the planet, only to return to the limelight with Square Enix’s recent confirmation that the RPG is in development for PC and consoles. And with said update following on the back off prominent leaker Midori stating that news on the long-awaited remake would be shared soon, the leaker has now provided some more details on when we can expect to see the game next.
Shortly after Square Enix dropped its update for Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, Midori took to Twitter to claim that yet more information on the game will be “revealed in a few weeks”. When exactly? As per the leaker, the game will be showcased at the Direct presentation that Nintendo recently confirmed it will be streaming in June, where the company has confirmed it will be showcasing upcoming Switch titles.
When exactly Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake will be releasing remains to be seen, though presumably, those details will also be arriving with the game’s next showing. Or so we hope, at any rate.
