Techland announced a new episode of “Dying 2 Know” for September 30th which would go into more detail on Dying Light 2 Stay Human’s open world. But it also dropped some big news during the recent Nintendo Direct, confirming cloud version for the Nintendo Switch. It will release on February 4th 2022 alongside other platforms.
Perhaps more enticing is that there will be a free demo for players to try out before buying the game. Further details are still to come but Nintendo fans can catch up on the series by playing Dying Light: Platinum Edition when it launches on October 19th for the Switch. This includes the base game, The Following expansion and all DLC released till now.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human will also be coming to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC. It was originally slated to release in December 2021 before facing a delay for more polish and bug fixes. Recently, the developer discussed the nearly 200 weapons in the game along with confirming the return of weapon durability. Read more about that here.
