Following up on the extended teaser trailer for Final Fantasy 14’s next expansion, Dawntrail, Square Enix has released the full version. It showcases even more of Tural, the continent dubbed the New World, and debuts a new Job – the Pictomancer. Check it out below.
Dawntrail adds several new areas for players to explore and new enemies to fight, including the Eliminator, Barreltender and Valigarmanda. It also includes Dungeons, a new Raid series called The Arcadion and Echoes of Vana’diel, a new Alliance Raid series. Players can also expect new Trials, Field Operations and Variant Dungeons, and updates to the Gold Saucer and the visuals.
Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail launches in Summer 2024 for PS4, PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. The Xbox version will go live in Spring 2024, with an open beta going live with patch 6.5X. Stay tuned for more details on an exact date for the expansion in the coming months.
