Halo Infinite’s Campaign Co-op Test Flight Slated for July

It's important to note that only online campaign co-op will be released in August, while split-screen will be released at a later date.

While 343 Industries’ Halo Infinite was praised widely by critics and players upon its launch last year, it’s undeniable that the game has been missing some trademark features of the series- most importantly Forge and campaign co-op. As per the latest roadmap, the latter of these is supposed to arrive sometime in August.

Now though, 343 Industries has taken to Twitter to reveal that a public test for the same will be taking place for Halo Insider members sometime in July. However, it’s important to know that only the online campaign co-op will be released in August, while the split-screen co-op will be released at a later unconfirmed date later this year.

According to the aforementioned roadmap, the long-awaited Forge mode will also kick off its open beta in September this year, although 343 Industries has yet to provide an update on the matter.

Halo Infinite‘s Fracture: Entrenched event recently brought a new game mode in the form of Land Grab along with an associated event pass- read more on that through here.
