Hideo Kojima Teases Another Actor Reveal for Next Game

The mystery title, rumoured to be a sequel to Death Stranding, is allegedly going to be unveiled at The Game Awards later today.

Hideo Kojima sure knows how to build up anticipation around upcoming reveals. Lately, he’s been offering bits and pieces of teases for Kojima Productions’ next game, which have led to confirmations that Elle Fannina and Shioli Kutsuna will both star in the mystery title, and those teases are, unsurprisingly, continuing.

Taking recently to Twitter, Kojima shared another tease showing three silhouettes- two of these are the aforementioned previously confirmed Fanning and Kutsuna, though this is the first time that Kojima has teased the new mystery character in the middle panel. Many are speculating that the person in question is Lea Seydoux, who played Fragile in Death Stranding. Reports have previously claimed that this mystery project is Death Stranding sequel.

The new image also shows three logos at the bottom, which were also recently shared as part of another tease. Meanwhile, The Game Awards producer and host Geoff Keighley has responded to Kojima’s tweet, leading to continued suggestions that the game could be announced at today’s event.

Kojima Productions is currently also working on a cloud-native Xbox-exclusive title, which is rumoured to be horror title named Overdosestarring Margaret Qualley (who also starred in Death Stranding). Gameplay footage from the title was recently also leaked- read more on that through here.
