Avalanche Studios’ Just Cause 4 is out next week, so what better way to promote the game than with a live-action trailer? Titled “One Man Did All This?”, the trailer sees Gabriela Morales, the leader of the Black Hand, questioning her injured soldiers about a destroyed base. Cue comedy and cuts of Rico Rodriguez’s creative destruction.
If you’re wondering what’s going on or who Morales is, Just Cause 4 takes Rico to Solis. The fictional South American country is facing trouble with the Black Hand, a group of mercenaries. Due to Rico’s father previously working with the group, he takes it upon himself to violently oppose them. Oh, and sometimes a tornado or blizzard will roll in to even the odds.
Just Cause 4 contains much of the same chaos that defined its predecessors. However, thanks to the power of the Apex Engine, Extreme Weather throws nice little wrench into everything thanks to the sheer chaos caused by it. The game itself is out on December 4th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
