Among the many currencies and items in Marvel’s Avengers are DNA Keys. You’ll receive these as mission rewards, namely from the War Zone mission “To Tame a Titan”. They’re currently obtained by farming the War Zone again and again, though you can also get them from beating human bosses. Head to Villain Sectors for the same, namely missions like “History Repeats”, “Waking the Dead” and “Old Foes.” Faction vendors may also sometimes sell them.
What is the function of DNA Keys? They’re meant to unlock specific chests that contain rarer loot like Legendaries. You can find one such chest in the Snowy Tundra Vault – it’s a side objective near the satellite on the surface.

There aren’t a ton of different boss fights in Marvel’s Avengers but they take some effort to bring down. Listed below are all the boss fights in the game (spoilers included):
