Marvel’s Midnight Suns Rated in South Korea

Firaxis' turn-based tactical RPG could be receiving a new release date soon after previously being delayed to the second half of 2022.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns, the turn-based tactical RPG from Firaxis Games, hasn’t received many official updates since its delay. However, a release date announcement could be near. After being rated in Australia, South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) has also rated it.

The “decision date,” which suggests the date of the rating’s registration, is May 13th. For reference, Ghostwire: Tokyo was rated on January 7th and released on March 25th. Sonic Origins was rated on April 15th and releases on June 23rd. Going by this pattern, we can probably expect release some time in July for Marvel’s Midnight Suns (which would fall into the previously announced “second half of 2022” release window).

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is currently in development for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. It sees the player controlling a new character, The Hunter, and teaming with heroes like Ghost Rider, Doctor Strange, Captain America, Iron Man and so on to stop Lilith.
