Mass Effect Team Recruits Popular Content Creator

Scriptwriter Michael Tucker, known for his Story Mode and Lessons from the Screenplay videos, has joined the development team of the next Mass Effect.

The next big game that BioWare releases is going to be the next Dragon Age, with production on the game currently in full swing, but beyond that, the studio also has a new Mass Effect instalment in the works. Though it’s still in the very early stages of development, BioWare is plugging away behind the scenes as work on the game accelerates- which, of course, includes recruitment as well.

Recently, BioWare brought on popular content creator Michael Tucker as part of the Mass Effect team. For those unaware, Tucker, also a scriptwriter, is known for his YouTube videos on the channels Story Mode and Lessons from the Screenplay. What role exactly he is serving on the next Mass Effect hasn’t been confirmed, but one would imagine that he will be involved with the narrative side of things.

Not much else is known about the next Mass Effect yet. Since its teaser trailer was released, we’ve seen the odd piece of concept art and brief development updates, followed by confirmation that it’s being built on Unreal Engine 5, not Frostbite.
