Mass Effect 4

BioWare’s “special look” at the next Dragon Age offered a tease of the new locations and enemies that players will deal with. However, the developer also had a trailer for the next Mass Effect. Check it out below for yourself.

The trailer ventures through numerous star systems, the ruins of a great battle, the telltale sound of the Reapers and a distress signal somewhere. Cut to a figure scaling a snow-covered mountain and eventually uncovering the remains of “N7” helmet. Her hood is moved aside to reveal Liara T’Soni, so at the very least, this seems to be a proper sequel.

No other details were provided, save for a “veteran team” handling the title and it being in the early stages of development. It’s a given that the next Mass Effect will be coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC but we’ll have to wait for more details. In the meantime, Mass Effect: Legendary Edition – a remastered compilation of the first three games – will be releasing in Spring 2021 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
