Metal Gear Solid 5: PS4 vs. Xbox One vs. Xbox 360 vs. PS3 Comparison Video Revealed

Konami shows off how the game is looking across all the four platforms.

As promised, Konami have released a new comparison video which shows off the difference between the current and next gen versions of Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes and quite honestly, it looks similar [aesthetically] across all platforms. It was confirmed earlier that the PS4 version of MGS5 looks technically superior running at native 1080p resolution and sixty frames per second.

On the other hand, the Xbox One runs at a native 720p resolution whereas the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions run at upscaled 720p. The comparison video above shows the better lighting effects and textures on the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game but in no way the current gen version looks bad.

It seems that Kojima and co. have pushed each of the platforms to their limit and it will be interesting to see what they have in store for The Phantom Pain.
