Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’s Online Mode Will Debut At The Game Awards

Metal Gear Online debut next week.

You probably don’t even remember it at this point, but Metal Gear Solid 4 had an online mode. It was called Metal Gear Online, and it had a pretty solid following of its own. An online mode, also called Metal gear Online, promises to return with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, although it also promises to be bigger and better than the one that MGS4 got us.

If you have been curious about the online component in Metal Gear Solid V, and wanted to know more about it, you’re in luck- the online mode, we are promised, will debut at The Game Awards in December this year. This news comes to us directly from Geoff Keighley, who is producing and hosting these awards, himself, who tweeted:

“Next Friday night I’m honored @HIDEO_KOJIMA_EN will join us at @thegameawards to world premiere Metal Gear Online.”

So, yep. You probably want to watch these awards now. And you want to stay tuned to GamingBolt, because we’ll keep you posted on everything that happens, as it happens.
