After a quiet year in 2022, Microsoft is gearing up to have a much more packed year in 2023 where first party game releases are concerned, with a number of major games confirmed to be releasing this year. Of these, Arkane Studios’ upcoming co-op open world first person shooter Redfall is easily one of the biggest titles, and it seems like new information on the game will be arriving very soon.
As reported by @Colteastwood on Twitter, Arkane Studios is holding a hands-on event for the media this week in Los Angeles that will allow several outlets, journalists, and influencers to play the first person shooter. Exactly what it will entail remains to be seen, but it’s safe to assume that plenty of new information and gameplay footage on the game will be shared in the near future.
In addition to Redfall’s media event, Bethesda is currently also working on standalone showcase for Starfield, which, according to reports, will get an official date in the near future.
Redfall is due out on May 2 for Xbox Series X/S and PC. Check out its minimum PC requirements through here.
