However, the hybrid platform received Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition on October 6th. It includes the base game, four story DLC packs, +30 cosmetics, the Designer’s Cut and Director’s Cut for $59.99. Pandora’s Box also throws in Borderlands 1 and 2 with their DLC, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Tales from the Borderlands and New Tales from the Borderlands.

The question is whether Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition owners on Switch can upgrade to the Pandora’s Box version. Such an offer is already in place for Xbox owners who own any game from the latter, so we’ll need to wait and see.

Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box could be announced at The Game Awards on December 7th along with the rumored Borderlands 4 and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands 2. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.

In addition, players get DLC for all titles, which means numerous story packs, customization packs, Class Packs and more. Perhaps the best part about all this is that the collection is available until September 15th for $59.99 (after which it will retail for $149.99).

Xbox players who own any single game can upgrade to the Pandora’s Box collection for $30, while PlayStation owners must Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition or Borderlands: The Handsome Collection on PS4 or Borderlands 3 on PS4 or PS5 to upgrade for the same price. PC players on Steam can pay for whatever content is missing.

As for Nintendo Switch players, Borderlands 3: Ultimate Edition launches on October 6th.

The collection includes Borderlands 1-3, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Tales from the Borderlands, and New Tales from the Borderlands, with all DLC included. It’s a digital-only release that retails for $149.99 but will be available at $59.99 for a limited time. Those who own any games on Xbox can purchase the bundle for $30 on the Microsoft Store to complete their collection.

PlayStation owners who own Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition or Borderlands: The Handsome Collection on PS4, or Borderlands 3 on PS4/PS5 can upgrade to Pandora’s Box for $30 from within any of these games. On Steam, players will have to pay for any content that isn’t owned, with the final cost reflected on the Steam Store page.

Caught by Gematsu, the Film and Publication Board of South Africa seems to have rated The Borderlands Compilation: Pandora’s Box back in March for both PC as well as consoles.

While not yet officially confirmed by 2K, The Borderlands Compilation: Pandora’s Box could be a collection of the three numbered titles in the franchise as well as Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. The name featuring Pandora as part of the title indicates that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands may not be a part of the compilation, since it doesn’t take place on Pandora.

Last we heard of the Borderlands franchise, publisher Take-Two had revealed that Borderlands 3 had sold over 16 million units, making it the fastest-selling game for 2K New Tales from the Borderlands was also released back in October 2022, and you can check out our review for that for more details.

Gearbox is aware of these issues but still reported players experiencing the same. It’s currently “hard at work” to rectify them “ASAP.” Those who continue to face issues with the updates are asked to submit a support ticket at 2K Support. One Reddit user noted that stating Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel without being connected online allowed for bypassing the infinite loading issue so that may serve as a temporary workaround.

On the bright side, at least Borderlands 3 and Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands are still playable. Both titles are available for Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S with the former also available on Google Stadia. God of War: Ascension

God of War: Ascension showcases the story of series protagonist Kratos as he fights all those who oppose him for breaking his blood oath to Ares. While the game is considered a great one by many, others thought that the QTE heavy combat and the over-the-top violence that catapulted the series to great heights at one point were now becoming stale and required a major rethinking going forward.

In its latest quarterly fiscal report, Take-Two announced that Borderlands 3, the fast-selling game in 2K Games’ history, has now shipped nearly 14 million units worldwide. That’s up from the 10.5 million units that were reported over a year ago. Meanwhile, the Borderlands series has shipped a total of 72 million units worldwide, 25 million of which are Borderlands 2, which remains the best-selling game published by 2K Games to date.

Of course, with Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands coming up in a few months, and given the fact that Borderlands 3 is likely going to continue to sell impressive numbers for some time to come, it seems like 2K Games and Take-Two Interactive are going to enjoy a steady stream of revenue from the series.

Changing Mouse Sensitivity

The most obvious thing you’d probably do when loading up an FPS for the first time is changing the mouse sensitivity. Key bindings are also important but achieving that perfect mix of hip-fire and ADS sensitivity which is neither too twitchy nor too slow is important. Of course, you could also just rip off your favorite Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch etc streamer’s sensitivity because the act of choosing is a nightmare. We won’t judge.

Panda King and Dimitri – Sly Cooper 3

Panda King and Dimitri Lousteau have both had run-ins with the Sly Gang before, the former notorious for helping to steal the Thievius Raccoonus. Still, old enemies become new allies in Sly Cooper 3. After the gang rescue King’s daughter and retrieve diving gear belonging to Dimitri’s grandfather, the two former villains are recruited for the Cooper Vault heist.

With Borderlands 3 out in just a little over a month, it seems interest in the franchise in anticipation of the sequel’s release has skyrocketed, with sales for previous games seeing a significant boost in the months leading up to its launch. During their quarterly financial meeting, Take-Two Interactive announced updated sales figures for the Borderlands series and revealed some impressive numbers.

Borderlands 2 has crossed worldwide shipments of 22 million units, while shipments for the entire Borderlands series stand at 48 million. That’s up from 20 million for Borderlands 2 and 43 million for the series that was reported at the end of the previous financial quarter, which means the series has seen some impressive sales as the upcoming sequel edges closer to launch.

Borderlands 2 recently received a DLC that bridged the narrative to the upcoming Borderlands 3, while 2K Games also recently released Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition. Doubtless, both had a significant impact on sales for the franchise, as did excitement surrounding the property with Borderlands 3’s release coming up. This should also bode well for the sequel’s sales.

Borderlands 3 recently wrapped up development, and will be out on September 13 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, before seeing a Stadia release in November.
