The Outer Worlds Development Gets Detailed In New Documentary

Lots of interesting pieces of information in this.

The Outer Worlds was the latest game from Obsidian Entertainment and seems to have been quite the success for them with strong sales. It brought people a taste of what many had wanted in its old school RPG styling, and now we get a peek behind the curtain for some of the game’s development.

The great folks over at NoClip offered up another great documentary. The half hour short details the game from concept to full development, including some portions that hit the cutting room floor, such as a full planet, as well as the surprising size of the team that never had anymore than 75 people on the title. It’s another well crafted piece, which you can check out below.

The Outer Worlds is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. A Switch version is scheduled to come out on June 5th, which you can more about through here.
