Battlefield: Hardline Beta Numbers Reveal $9 Trillion Stolen, +12 Million Vehicles Destroyed

Beta players caused tons of widespread damage in their short run.

Visceral Games has released some interesting gameplay figures for the Battlefield: Hardline beta that began at E3 2014 and wrapped up just recently. It revealed that players had stolen more than $9 trillion in cash and destroyed 12,885,710 vehicles (totalling $374 trillion dollars) in the process.

The number of Heist break-ins initiated was 1,651,075 with a 50 percent success rate. Total police negotiations – meaning those cops who chose to arrest rather than brutally murder their robbers – totalled 332,091. Given that the beta only launched on the PS4 and PC, those are some pretty good stats overall.

The feedback for the beta was fairly good as well as the game was bereft of most game-breaking bugs that haunted Battlefield 4’s final release. It’s still EA though so we’ll need to wait and see how the final release pans out. Battlefield: Hardline will be out this October for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and PC. Are you picking it up?
