Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will receive deep dive after the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9th. While Microsoft has confirmed Activision titles for the same, and rumors have circulated, the first-person shooter is seemingly set for Game Pass.
Users with the Xbox Game Pass app reported seeing notifications that stated Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is coming to the service on day one later this year. Jez Corden of Windows Central tweeted that it should be “officially announced” this week. The announcement may have gone live early by mistake.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has been rumored since 2022, and according to Treyarch, it’s been playtested for about two years. It doesn’t have release window or platforms, but rumors note a launch in October. Furthermore, while Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC are a given for launch platforms, it will also be available for PS4 and Xbox One.
