Gamescom Opening Night Live is shaping up to be a packed show. Confirmed to be two hours long, it’ll feature announcements and updates for over thirty games, and with the event approaching, the show’s producer and host Geoff Keighley has begun dropping details of what we can expect to see there.
One of the games will be the recently announced Call of Duty: Vanguard. Keighley recently confirmed on Twitter that the world premiere playthrough of a level from the Call of Duty: Vanguard campaign will debut at Gamescom Opening Night Live, with Laura Bailey and developers from Sledgehammer Games featuring as special guests.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is launching on November 5 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It was fully unveiled yesterday, though interestingly enough, the game’s reveal trailer had no mentions of Activision, with the company currently in the midst of controversial lawsuit.
