Devil May Cry 5 PC Delayed to May 7th – Rumour

According to SteamDb, the release date has seemingly been moved up.

Capcom’s Devil May Cry 5 has seemingly been sailing smoothly through development. We’ve had an ample amount of trailers, demo on Xbox One (with another coming to PS4 and Xbox One in February) and a fairly solid release date. Unfortunately, it seems the highly anticipated title could be delayed. For PC, that is.

According to SteamDb, the PC version is apparently out on May 7th, 2019 for Steam. Keep in mind that Capcom hasn’t indicated delay, and another one of its multi-platform titles, Resident Evil 2, arrived for PC and consoles on the same day without any hiccups. That being said, Devil May Cry 5 hasn’t officially gone gold yet either, so plans could change for its release.

At this point, it’s a real toss-up, and we’ll have to wait for Capcom to provide more information. Devil May Cry 5 is still currently slated to release on March 8th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Stay tuned for some kind of official confirmation in the meantime.
