Guilty Gear Strive Crossplay Open Beta is Now Live on PS4, PS5, and PC

Available for free until October 17th, it includes access to the base roster and all DLC characters, along with almost every mode.

The open beta for testing out Guilty Gear Strive’s cross-platform multiplayer is now available on PS4, PS5, and PC (via requesting access on Steam). It features the entire roster, including all DLC characters, to try out free of charge.

Nearly every mode is also available, from Tutorial and Training to Missions, Survival, Combo Maker, VS COM/VS 2P, and Online Play. You can also try out the Combo Maker and Rank Tower in the open beta. The best part is that a PlayStation Plus subscription isn’t required to play, though save data can’t be transferred into the official game.

The open beta is available until October 17th, though when crossplay will go live for all platforms is unknown. Guilty Gear Strive has some more content coming up courtesy of Season Pass 2. Bridget is the first new fighter, and three more are currently in development (with at least one more releasing this year). Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months.
