Immortals of Aveum Showcases High-Octane Action in New Gameplay Trailer

Ascendant Studios and EA's single player first person magic shooter is set to launch next month for PC and consoles.

As previously confirmed, EA and Ascendant Studios’ single player magic shooter Immortals of Aveum took the stage at the recent Summer Game Fest with a new trailer and gameplay showing, and it’s continuing to look like an intriguing prospect, as it has done with most of its showings so far.

The gameplay demonstration showcases a section of the game that sees the protagonist Jack and the titular Immortals launching an attack on one of Sandrakk’s (the antagonist) bases in the middle of an ocean- which is essentially a mech, or a Colossal, as it’s called in the game. The players makes their way through the structure’s interiors and exteriors, taking on a variety of enemies in adrenaline-fueled combat encounters where the game’s flashy magical combat is on full display. Check out the trailer below.

Immortals of Aveum launches little over a month from now, on July 20 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. You can check out its PC requirements through here.
