Kingdom Hearts 3 And Final Fantasy 7 Remake Ranked In Latest Famitsu Japan Game Charts

They are all losing to the utter domination of Final Fantasy 15 and Pokemon Sun/Moon.

The newest Famitsu Weekly Most Wanted Chart sees Final Fantasy 15 continues its reign at the top of the charts, with a staggering 1,261 points – over 500 more than the next game on the chart – and Pokemon continuing its relentless climb up it as well, coming in at second place now, with 713 points.

Third place goes to the PS4 version of Dragon Quest 11, while Final Fantasy 7 Remake gets a break, and comes in at fourth. Dragon Quest 11′s 3DS version, Yakuza 6, Resident Evil 7, Nioh, and Kingdom Hearts 3 come in from fifth through to ninth, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild rounds out the top 10.

Essentially, then, the chart sees Square Enix dominating, with six of the top ten games coming from them. Nintendo are second, with Pokemon likely to climb up higher and higher up the charts as it nears its release (though whether or not it will ever be ranked higher than Final Fantasy 15 remains to be seen).
