Announced at E3 2019 as Rainbow Six Quarantine, Rainbow Six Extraction has been through its fair share of delays ever since. It was originally slated to arrive this past September but was delayed to January 2022 to allow for additional polish. Ubisoft has seemingly revealed the full release date by updating an article on its official website (as spotted by VGC).
Rainbow Six Extraction will seemingly launch on January 20th 2022 with full cross-play and cross-save. It’s also included with Ubisoft+, the company’s subscription service, thus allowing fans to try before they buy. An official announcement or press release for the launch date, much less a trailer, hasn’t been provided so stay tuned for further clarification.
Rainbow Six Extraction releases on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Google Stadia. Rainbow Six Siege owners can avail of bonus content if they pick it up along with unlocking the base roster of 18 Operators right off the bat.
