Starfield June Update is Out Now, Adds Bounty Hunter Missions, Ammo Crafting and More

Mod support arrives on all platforms alongside higher tiers of melee weapons and the option to mod them for more damage.

While Shattered Space offers some cosmic horror shenanigans for Starfield players later this year, some new content is available now via the June Update. It includes the Trackers Alliance, an organization of bounty hunters, allowing one to pursue and take down marks.

One such quest involves locating the Starjacker. Completing this nets a new suit and beam weapon. Another mission, The Vulture, is available now in Creations (with mod support live on all platforms), and Bethesda plans to add more periodically. However, players can also scan for bounties while walking around. The targets in question can be persuaded to come along peacefully or attacked straight-up.

There are also quality-of-life changes like ammo crafting, melee weapon improvements (including different tiers with more damage) and modding. Check out the rest of the video for more details on Creations, including Verified Creators and their thoughts.

Starfield is available for Xbox Series X/S and PC. You can read our review of the base game here.
