Developer Striking Distance Studios’ The Callisto Protocol is one of the most highly-anticipated horror games coming in the near future, and while information on the gameplay front has remained scant for long time, as recently promised by its developers, that’s going to change with the next issue of the Game Informer magazine.
Game Informer has released a new screenshot (you can view it above) for The Callisto Protocol in its report about its upcoming magazine issue, and we have a good look at our tensed-up protagonist. We also get a closer look at the two-headed monster, which seems to have an important role considering that it is also prominently featured in the image.
Suffice to say, The Callisto Protocol looks absolutely gorgeous on a visual level so far, thanks to high-fidelity facial meshes, immaculate lighting, and stunning art direction. Fans can expect to hear more about its gameplay in the coming weeks as the Game Informer issue 346 rolls out.
