Ubisoft has seena string of delays and cancellations for a number of its games in recent years, but though the company’s release schedule has looked sparse every now and then over the last couple of years, it looks like coming months are going to be packed with several major releases.
Earlier this year, Ubisoft said that it planned on releasing eight games before the end of the current fiscal year, i.e. by March 31, 2024, and in its recent quarterly earnings report, the company updated that figure and added another couple of names to the list.
Ubisoft says it not plans on releasing 10 games between now and March 31 of next year, though there aren’t too many surprises in there. These include Assassin’s Creed Mirage, The Crew Motorfest, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Skull and Bones, XDefiant, Just Dance 24, Rainbow Six Mobile, and The Division Resurgece.
In addition to those nine titles, Ubisoft says it will release “another large game” before the end of the current fiscal year, though it hasn’t indicated what that game will be. Star Wars Outlaws is, of course, due out sometime in 2024, but whether or not it’s scheduled to release in the year’s first quarter remains to be seen.
Notably, there’s no mention of the frequently-delayed The Division Heartland or when it might launch.
