Forza Horizon 6 Has Gone Gold, Pre-Loading Now Available and Full Soundtrack Revealed

Japanese bands such as BAND-MAID, BABYMETAL, and ONE OK ROCK are confirmed alongside the installation sizes on PC and Xbox.

A little over two weeks before its worldwide launch (less, if you pre-ordered the Premium Edition), Forza Horizon 6 has gone gold. While you can likely expect a day-zero patch to address any pending issues and further optimize performance, much of the development has effectively wrapped up.

To that end, you can now pre-load the title on Xbox Series X/S and PC. The former requires 130 to 135 GB while the latter needs 160 GB (and an SSD – check out the full system requirements here). If that wasn’t enough, Playground Games has also unveiled the full slate of radio stations that you’ll be jamming out to while exploring Japan.

Promising the “largest number of tracks” in the franchise yet, there are nine stations to choose from, including familiar favorites like Horizon Pulse and Horizon Bass Arena. New additions include Gacha City Radio, and I’m already terrified at what that could mean. Regardless, you can also look forward to Japanese icons like BABYMETAL, BAND-MAID and ONE OK ROCK alongside legends such as Rise Against and Linkin Park.

Forza Horizon 6 is available on May 19th for Xbox Series X/S and PC, while Premium Edition owners can start playing on May 15th. Head here for everything you need to know about multiplayer.
