Lies of P: Overture is Officially Out Today

The $29.99 expansion shadow dropped during Summer Game Fest, offering a prequel to the base game with 15 to 20 hours of gameplay.

After its trailer leaked recently, NEOWIZ has confirmed that Lies of P: Overture is out now for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC. As for what you can expect, check out the latest gameplay below from Summer Game Fest, complete with new bosses that toss P around like a ragdoll.

Retailing for $29.99 and serving as a prequel to the acclaimed 2023 action RPG, Overture takes place in Krat’s past, with P teaming up with Lea, the legendary Stalker. Very little is known about the story except that players will “unravel the mysteries of the past,” which seemingly hold dire consequences.

Lies of P: Overture is about 15 to 20 hours long, though this could vary depending on your skill. Alongside new bosses and environments, there are new weapons to unlock, including Special Weapons.

Those who haven’t played the base game can check out our review here, but Overture could be good time to jump in, thanks to a free patch that adds difficulty options. Longtime players can also jump into new Boss Rush and Boss Replay modes, each with their own unique challenges and rewards.
