It was a pretty big day for Marvel with announcements like Marvel’s Wolverine and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, both developed by Insomniac Games. Not to be outdone, Eidos Montreal dropped a new trailer for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy which showcases, among other familiar sights, Peter Quill being an idiot. Check it out below.
Thankfully, there was more than just Star Lord’s bizarre antics. The Milano, the Guardians’ ship, has its own space combat segments and the Nova Corps also make an appearance, which makes one wonder if Richard Rider will make an appearance. Other areas are looking more polished from the effects to the combat en route to release.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy releases on October 26th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. Along with Grand Unifier Raker, players will have to contend with foes like Lady Hellbinder. Stay tuned for more details and gameplay in the coming weeks.
