Rainbow Six Extraction Video Highlights Co-op Gameplay

Watch what happens when a team of players ventures into an Archaean hive, falls and ultimately must rescue their Operatives.

Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Extraction is both a first for the series and a return to the formula of its predecessors. It sees up to three players teaming together to take down AI enemies but instead of terrorists or criminals, the enemies are aliens known as Archaeans. To highlight the co-operative elements, Ubisoft has released gameplay highlights from a session featuring streamers NarcolepticNugget and King George along with associate communications manager Chris Watters.

Though gunning down Archaeans is part of the mission, the team also has to scan an area for a set amount of time, thus fortifying the position and taking out any incoming foes. The aliens can interfere with the scanning as well, which can lead to some tense moments. After all three players are KOed, we also get to see a Rescue operation to infiltrate and extract their Operatives.

Rainbow Six Extraction is slated to release on September 16th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Google Stadia. For more details on how the game plays, head here. You can also see Operators like Ela and Sledge in action.
