Oddworld: New'n' Tasty

After releasing Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty, what’s next for the development team? Well, it’s something that series fans should be intimately familiar with, if the official Twitter account for the series is to be believed.

“For everyone wondering what’s happening next with Oddworld and Abe, we’ll be taking the lid off things pretty soon,” the developers said in a tweet, also showing off a highly zoomed in picture.

Of course, fans being fans, they were able to decipher the meaning behind that picture in not a whole lot of time- it was a picture promoting the release of the 1998 Abe’s Exoddus, implying that an HD port or remake for that game may be incoming next.

Of course, there’s no official word on this yet- but hey, developers and publishers reveal their projects on their own time. At the very least, it seems that the tease was pretty damn clear. So, if you’re a fan of the series? More good news for you guys.
