Zelda: Ocarina of Time with Master Quest Coming to 3DS

Zelda: Ocarina of Time the Master Quest version(Released on Gamecube) of the game will be released for the Nintendo 3DS this June.  This is big news for any fan of the Zelda games with Ocarina of Time being maybe the best one out of the whole series, most definitely the most classic.  The game will have added features to it being released for the 3DS this June and the 3DS portable console will be out in the US on March the 27th, 2011 running you $249. The 3DS is the new rave in next generation portable consoles with you being able to watch movies and play games in 3D on it with out having to where any glasses with its integrated built in screens.  Below is a video showing the title for the 3DA and the games features.

    This game is legendary…they should have just left it alone….but then again, the newer Zelda games will never compare to the old school N64/NES ones.

    I agree cornbiscuit, the original won’t be topped but not because it’s such a great game. It’s because you can’t bring back that feeling of admiration to the title without completely revolutionizing games all together. part of this games charm was the limitations of the N64, it was a great game by comparison to the titles of its day. You can’t bring that back so the next best thing is to recreate the title and see if updating it in small ways will help it live on.
