3. Scribblenauts
Scribblenauts offered an interesting mechanic of allowing players to summon items into the game world by writing out whatever they needed. It's amazing that so few offensive words managed to creep in to such a system, but they didn't manage to weed out all of the problem phrases. Typing in the racial slur “Sambo” will get you... a watermelon. Great work guys, you've made everyone very proud.
