3. Fallout 4

The Fallout games are among the highest of the RPG elite and, though it was always a PC affair in years gone by, the dawn of Fallout 3 dragged the series kicking and screaming into the console realm. It was a good thing, and a total revolution of mechanics as far as the series was concerned. The subsequent New Vegas failed to alter... anything really, but I'm confident Fallout will return next gen, hopefully bringing more innovation and design risks with it.
