Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver

If you like anything gothic you’ve probably heard of the Legacy of Kain series. Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver was the second installment of the franchise, it featured a well-developed gothic setting and a decaying world. The game was a hack and slash title letting the player chop through humans, spectral beings and, of course, vampires. The game, however, wasn’t just a hack and slash, it also had some puzzles scattered here and there. The general design, ambition, voice acting, and soundtrack were common praises of this game.
