DEAD RISING
Dead Rising and its sequels are games that hinge on the concept of zombie hordes, with the game often sporting hundreds and hundreds of the infected on the screen at once. And not only did it put you in the middle of these hopeless situations, the game also gave you tools and means to fight your way through, often in the most gruesome and violently entertaining ways possible. One particular section in the first game, where players fight off an entire underground tunnel overflowing with zombies, is perhaps emblematic of that.
