THE FOREST
The Forest’s is a world that you both want to and don’t want to see more of at the same time. It’s an unsettling world- unwelcoming of the player, full of hazards and dangers that can kill you at any time, and, of course, populated by cannibalistic mutants who’re best left alone. As much as you want to stay safe in a dark corner though, you’re still encouraged to explore, and it feels like such a thrill. Surviving the elements, making yourself stronger, building up your base, and learning to deal with the world’s threats that much better are all just a few things that ensure you keep venturing out into the wilds.
