THE HIGH ROAD (CRASH BANDICOOT N.SANE TRILOGY)
3D platformers know more often than not that requiring inch-perfect jumps and movements from players is never a good idea. They all always leave and account for some margin for error. Well, Crash Bandicoot apparently didn’t get that memo- neither the original, nor the remake. Quite a few levels have this issue, but it’s more abundantly apparent in The High Road than anywhere else. This level constantly asks players to make absurdly specific joints and get past a gauntlet of frustratingly designed obstacles. Hell, even using the ropes to cheat isn’t the easiest.
