Though it was delayed into next year, Ni no Kuni 2 doubtless still remains one of the most anticipated games for JRPG fans. And it looks like publishers Bandai Namco and developers Level-5 are all set to tap into the excitement surrounding the game, with today’s announcement of special editions for the game, as well as a Season Pass.
The Season Pass will be $20, and give you access to two large expansions for the game, though no further details are known for now. It will also give you a ‘Supply Kit’ of items that can help you through the game. That apart, the game will have three special editions- a Day One Edition, available for standard price, that comes with the game and some free DLC; a Premium Edition for $80, that comes comes with the Day one Edition, a steelbook, a 3D papercraft kit, exclusive Dragon’s Tooth DLC, and a soundtrack disc; and a Collector’s Edition, of which only 25,000 will be made, and which comes in everything in the other editions, plus a Ni no Kuni 2 Visual Arts Book, a Chibi Mechanical Rotating Diorama, a Lofty plush, The Making of Ni no Kuni 2 Blu-Ray, a 3D Papercraft Display Case, and the Season Pass.
This one will cost a whopping $200. Ni no Kuni 2 will be available on January 19, 2018, for the PS4 and PC.
