Alien Rage Launches This Autumn; Check Out The Launch Trailer Below

New shooter by CI Games hitting consoles and PC this Fall.

Posted By | On 08th, Jul. 2013

Alien Rage, the CI Games developed first person shooter, is due out this Fall on the Xbox Live Arcade, Playstation Network, and Steam. As generic as its name and its setup sound, the game itself looks rather interesting, promising to inject some challenge back into a genre long tired and revitalizing it.

The story itself, at least as set up in the launch trailer, seems to be generic fare: an element called Prometheum is the ultimate source of energy, and while it promises a bright, nebulous future, in the wrong hands, it could destroy entire worlds. The game tasks the player with saving the universe, and keeping it out of wrong hands, no matter the collateral, no matter the cost.

Alien Rage will launch later this year on consoles and PC. GamingBolt.com will have further coverage on this title, including a review after it launches, so stay tuned to the website.
