Battlefield 3 – Outselling MW3 at Gamestop Plus Latest B3 Video/News

Posted By | On 02nd, Jul. 2011

Don’t let the headline mislead you, because both Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3 are coming in very close when it comes to pre-order sales.  Gamestop however is a pretty big outlet for gamers to get their games and they have confirmed Battlefield 3 is in the lead, but hey it’s no race.  The Battlefield Blog has posted an interview with the Battlefield 3’s lead designer for the multiplayer of the game Lars Gustavsson, and he explains that they are doing things that no one else is doing with multiplayer.  He also mentioned that Team Deathmatch will be in the game which was a shocker considering that is not exactly how Battlefield rolls.  This the first in the series of special entries the Battlefield Blog will have leading up to its release on October 24th, for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.  Read the whole interview here.
